At Zephyr we utilise both silk-screen printing and jetdye digital printing onto a variety of polyester and coated substrates.

Screen printing

Currently screen-printing is the most cost effective process for large quantities. It produces strong vibrant colours and can produce designs in line colours or 4 colour process or a combination of both.

The resulting product is suitable for interior or exterior use, being both waterproof and fade resistant.

Jetdyed digital printing

For short production runs, jetdyed digital printing is the most economic method.

The dyes and inks used are the same as in our screen process and the method allows for a fast turnaround.

With the advent of broadband communication, complex images can be uploaded to our FTP site.

Due to our large technical investment, it means our range of inkjet printers, are able to produce strong colours, and with our full commercial after process, we can finish several thousands meters of fabric a day.
Our total in-house production assures quality and enables us to guarantee delivery times.
